In various contexts like during trekking, pilgrimage and tour, the practice of Yoga in forest, riversides, hills, snowy mountains, parks, and grounds give altogether a unique experience of joy and appreciation of the nature and our associated activities. It is much different than the regular practice of yoga in a fixed place. And it is more useful during tours and trekking. It is like tour Yoga. The benefit is such that one is able to experience joyful relaxation at the physical and mental level forgetting the exhaustion built up during tour.
